The great room houses a dining table for eight and a cozy seating area with a large Smart TV, equipped with DIRECTV and Apple TV. The home is fully tech-savvy with Sonos sound, WiFi, split system ACs, a backup generator, filtered water, safes in every bedroom closet, books, games, and more.
Step out onto the expansive covered porch, adorned with a sectional sofa for relaxation and an additional dining table for outdoor feasts. This flows effortlessly to the pool deck, offering ample seating and a spacious heated pool, designed for basking in the Atlantic views. (Note: Pool heating incurs a $400 weekly fee.)
Please be aware that the pool lacks child safety gates or fencing, so caution is needed when traveling with small children.

The two Atlantic-side bedrooms offer breathtaking ocean views, direct access to the pool deck, Smart TVs, while the two garden-view bedrooms provide tranquil escapes and garden vistas.
The Master Bedroom boasts an en suite bath with double vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The other three bathrooms feature walk-in showers and come with hairdryers.
For your convenience, the laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer, and there are two outdoor showers—one by the pool and another adjacent to the Master Bedroom.
