Perched atop a gentle hill overlooking Barefoot Beach, this house enjoys exceptional privacy. With no public access, you'll often have this pristine cove all to yourself. The beach itself is a natural wonder, stretching for miles, and a thriving coral reef just offshore beckons snorkeling enthusiasts. Stepping into the house, the barrel-ceilinged foyer greets you, complete with a built-in bar stocked with a refrigerator, icemaker, and bar essentials. The foyer seamlessly leads to the grand great room, featuring a soaring 17-foot vaulted cathedral ceiling. From here, uninterrupted vistas of the ocean unfold before you. The great room houses a dining table for eight and a cozy seating area with a large Smart TV, equipped with DIRECTV and Apple TV. The home is fully tech-savvy with Sonos sound, WiFi, split system ACs, a backup generator, filtered water, safes in every bedroom closet, books, games, and more. Step out onto the expansive covered porch, adorned with a sectional sofa for relaxation and an additional dining table for outdoor feasts. This flows effortlessly to the pool deck, offering ample seating and a spacious heated pool, designed for basking in the Atlantic views. (Note: Pool heating incurs a $400 weekly fee.) Please be aware that the pool lacks child safety gates or fencing, so caution is needed when traveling with small children. The gourmet kitchen is a culinary delight, featuring a nine-foot quartz island with counter stools, stainless steel appliances, a four-burner gas range, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and a plethora of kitchen gadgets. This house boasts four bedrooms with queen-sized beds, ceiling fans, and en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom enjoys its private corner for maximum privacy. The two Atlantic-side bedrooms offer breathtaking ocean views, direct access to the pool deck, Smart TVs, while the two garden-view bedrooms provide tranquil escapes and garden vistas. The Master Bedroom boasts an en suite bath with double vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The other three bathrooms feature walk-in showers and come with hairdryers. For your convenience, the laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer, and there are two outdoor showers—one by the pool and another adjacent to the Master Bedroom. Additionally, you'll find two grills on the property: a Kamodo Joe and a gas grill. To enhance your beachside experience, two sea kayaks, beach chairs, and towels are provided.
