Welcome to this beautiful villa, a private estate overlooking a stunning mile-long pink-sand beach in the Bahamas. This Bahamas vacation rental offers the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience. While the villa is tucked away in a peaceful area, it’s just a short five-minute walk down the beach to Pascale’s, a popular beachfront restaurant and bar. For more dining, shopping, and entertainment options, Governors Harbour, the island’s main town, is just five minutes away by car.
The villa is designed to showcase the breathtaking beach and ocean views from every room. A newly completed heated pool, added in November 2022, offers a marvelous view of the pink sand beach. The sound of the waves is a constant reminder that you are just steps from the ocean.
Important Note: While we love welcoming families, please be aware that due to the design of the veranda and stairs, which have only cable railings, this property is not suitable for children under the age of 12 due to potential fall hazards.
The villa is laid out with a large central living area and two separate wings for the bedrooms. The great room features high ceilings and offers sweeping 180-degree views of the ocean. The sitting area, furnished with cozy sofas and armchairs, is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The dining area, which also overlooks the ocean, has seating for 6 to 8 people. There is an additional TV area for your entertainment.
The island kitchen, though slightly dated, is fully functional and equipped with high-end appliances, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator, glass-top range, two wall ovens, dishwasher, and microwave, all with a view of the ocean.
The master suite occupies one wing of the house and features a king bed with an ocean view. The en suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, water closet, and double sinks. The second wing houses two guest suites, each with its own private entrance from the veranda and full en suite bathroom. One guest suite has a king bed, while the other has twin beds that cannot be converted to a king.
The villa’s broad veranda runs the full length of the house, offering outdoor seating and stunning ocean views. The beach, just a few steps away, is usually yours to enjoy in complete privacy. With gentle surf and crystal-clear water, this Bahamas vacation rental is the ideal spot for a tranquil getaway.
