This compound has 5 bedrooms and a den with sleeper sofa, sleeping 12 guests comfortably. It is located one block from Saunders Beach, a half mile of white sand and turquoise water, and close to West Bay Street, downtown Nassau, Atlantis, Paradise Island, Baha Mar resort and Cable Beach strip. If you stay for 7 nights or longer, you can enjoy a free round of golf for one guest at the Ocean Club golf course. The owner can also arrange more rounds at discounted rates.
The home is gated and fenced, with the main house and guest house separated by the pool (with pool house and full bath) and large deck. The main house has 3300 sf of modern Bahamian decor, with a 2 story entry, a great room with 60" screen TV and dining table for 10, a formal living room, an island kitchen with gas stove top, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, 3 bedrooms (two kings and one queen) plus a den with sleeper sofa that can be used as a 4th bedroom. All bedrooms have large flat screen TVs. The master bedroom has a glimpse of the ocean from the deck, a cedar dressing room and a luxurious master bath with jetted tub, shower and dual sinks. Bedroom #2 has a deck overlooking the pool, the den also overlooks the pool and Bedroom #3 overlooks the gardens. Plantation shutters throughout add to the airy ambiance.
The guest house has a separate gated entry and an art filled living area with skylight, cathedral ceiling and piano. The decor is a sophisticated mix of upscale city and Bahamian flair. The kitchen has granite countertops, a double oven and double sink. The two king bedroom suites are upstairs and both have balconies (one overlooking the pool and one overlooking the gardens), French doors, window seat and Plantation shutters. Both have en-suite baths. The house also has a half bath on the first floor and an outdoor trellised patio.
The compound has plenty of outdoor space with a large pool, patio and lawn. The grounds are manicured with fruit trees and bougainvillea.
