This recently developed beachfront estate is tucked away on the magnificent Caribbean side of Eleuthera, near famous Ten Bay Beach.As well as enjoying a private beach it also has a secluded cove perfect magnificent snorkeling. This spectacular property has been used as a backdrop for swim suite catalogue editions and films.
While the interior of the home is magnificent its the magnificent 50-foot ocean-view infinity pool with a Baja shelf for lounging that is world class and unique. Surrounded by an ocean-view furnished deck and a fire pit and full-size bocce ball court is close by.
Upon entering the home you will love the rich marble-tiled foyer where a large curving stairway takes you up to the main level. The living room is basically a room of of glass with 270° views of Eleuthera and the sea furnished for both lounging and dining with the modern chef quality kitchen close by. There are four beautifully appointed king-bed master suites with full en-suite baths and spectacular ocean views through more walls of glass, each with its own balcony access that runs the full length of the residence. The upper sky deck is ideal for apres beach entertaining with a large room furnished with a sectional sofa and chairs and a flat screen TV, and boasting panoramic views of the sparkeling sea. The sectional sofa folds out into two single beds. There are also two inflatable beds (1 double and 1 single) which can be set up in this room, so it can be used as a sleeping loft for up to 5 guests and can be used as a fun media room.
The exceptional roof deck offers 360 degree views of sea, beach, and island. Luxuriously furnished with lounge seating this is the best spot on the island to enjoy a beverage and watch the sun rise and set. You may never want to leave.
Two additional master bedroom suites, the "bungalows", which are detached from the main house for ultimate privacy. Each suite has a king bed, full bath, and spectacular ocean views through a wall of glass. The bungalows are included for groups of more than 8 guests.In addition to the kitchen there is an extra-large caterer's kitchen with a separate entrance. This kitchen is equipped with state of the art appliances, washer/dryer, two full-size refrigerator/freezers, eat-in breakfast bar, beverage bar, and a dining area that seats eight. Adjacent to the caterer's kitchen is a gas BBQ area with a large outdoor dining area that seats 12 to 16.
