Less than 5 miles to Arrowhead chairlift (part of Beaver Creek Resort). Approximately 13.5 miles to West Vail. LIVING AREAS This palatial home boasts five separate living spaces, each perfectly suited for relaxing and catching up with family and friends. The formal living room features an elegant velvet settee, a love seat, and two armchairs surrounding a gas fireplace with a stately stone hearth. Curl up on the sectional and watch movies on a 50” TV in the den. The sunroom offers the perfect spot for kids to play, complete with a stash of books, board games, and toys.
