Layout: Front Entry: Mudroom with Ski, Boot and Coat Storage Guest Suite 1: 2 Queen Beds, Flat Screen Smart TV with Cable, Desk, Ceiling Fan, large closet for storage, and a private balcony with Mountain Views . The Ensuite Bath includes a single vanity, toilet, and walk-shower. Guest Suite 2: Queen Bed, Flat Screen Smart TV with Cable, Desk, Futon and seating area, and closet for storage. The Ensuite Bath includes a single vanity, toilet and a Tub/Shower Combination. Kitchen is fully stocked with a double oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, crock pot, handmixer, blender, tea kettle, Keurig and Drip Coffee Maker, toaster over, and air fryer. The kitchen island has 4 bar stools and the dining table will seat 6. Living Room has large leather sectional with reclining chairs, wood burning fireplace, large Flat Screen Smart TV with Cable, board games for guests to enjoy, and a large private balcony with mountain views and a gas grill and seating for 7. Master Bedroom: located off of the living room, features and king bed, ceiling fan, Flat Screen Smart TV with cable, and desk. The closet is an owner lock off, so we have provided a clothes rack and numerous shelves in the ensuite for storage. The Ensuite Bath has a double vanity, toilet and large walk in shower. The ensuite is also home to the washer and dryer. iTrip Vacations provides toiletries for each bathroom including Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion, and Bar Soap. Hair Dryers are provided in each bathroom, as well as extra toilet paper and tissue. Each bedroom will have a fan and humidifier. We provide a starter supply of kitchen amenities including: Dishwasher Detergent, Dish Soap, Trash Bags, Paper Towels and laundry detergent. We also supply two bags of coffee and a few kuerig pods, with sugar and creamer to get your trip started. Located inside this building are: Bob's Place Sports Bar, Ticino (Italian Restaurant), Avon Liquors and Venture Sports Ski Rentals. —ADDITIONAL INFO— Check-in time is 4:00 PM local time. Check-out time is 10:00 AM local time. *No Pets Allowed *No Smoking Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of iTrip Vacations Vail Beaver Creek. Your damage deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited and an additional $350.00 fee may be charged for Ozonation if smoking in the unit is detected. *Must be at least 25 years old to book *No events, parties, or large gatherings Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning.
