The indoor kitchen is fully stocked with everything to cook for your party and the outdoor grill area is perfect for your evening bbq. This is located on a canal that feeds out to the Bradenton Sound. Take a short boat ride out to Tampa Bay and see the gorgeous views of the Skyway Bridge. This home is seated in the heart of Anna Maria. The famous Pine Avenue that features great shops and restaurants is only a 5 minute walk. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. Please Note: This unit has an elevator. In the event of malfunction all guests must be able to traverse stairs. No refunds are given due to the elevator not being operable. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
