The home is located in a prime and highly desirable North end location on the island. Only a short walk to many of Anna Maria's most popular destinations such as the Rod and Reel Pier, Bayfront Park and beach, the City Pier, the shops and restaurants on Pine Avenue, and the pristine Gulf of Mexico waters and large white sand beaches at famous Bean Point. Take in the local Farmer's Market, watch for dolphins and manatees or try your hand at fishing. Or you can easily hop on the Free Trolley and explore the rest of the island! Anna Maria island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
