Perfectly situated on the North end of Anna Maria Island, this rental is just a short stroll away from the Rod and Reel Pier, Bay beaches, and the famous Bean Point! This 3-bedroom North End charmer is the perfect home base for your island getaway. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach many of Anna Maria's top destinations: 2 minutes to the Rod and Reel Pier, 3 minutes to Bayfront Park and Bay beaches, and 4 minutes to Bean Point. Enjoy the Farmer's Market at the City Pier, spot dolphins and manatees, or try fishing. You can also hop on the Free Trolley to explore the rest of the island! The entire family will find a place to relax in this well-appointed home. The main living area features 2 comfortable sofas and a queen sleeper sofa for flexible sleeping arrangements. The kids will love the game nook with 2 comfy chairs, a TV, and a video game console! Many of the island's best restaurants are just a short walk or drive away, including the Waterfront and the new City Pier restaurant. If you prefer to cook at home, you'll appreciate the fully equipped kitchen with new stainless appliances. Dine at the kitchen table for 6 or al fresco by the pool in the spacious outdoor lounge, which also features a bar, sectional sofa, and TV! The cozy master bedroom offers a king bed and a full ensuite bath with a beautiful new marble shower with 5 heads. The second bedroom also has a king bed, and the third bedroom features a full-size bed. All bedrooms have cable TV. The second bath is newly remodeled and includes a tub/shower combo. A large capacity washer is provided so you can pack light! Anna Maria Island is a family community with a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or other noise that may disturb the neighbors is allowed during these hours. This home provides off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles.
