When walking into the house you instantly notice all the natural light coming into the unit as well as the open floor plan. The house is situated with 2 living rooms both with Large Flat Screen TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to make your favorite meals when not enjoying the local cuisine. You also have access to a BBQ for more cooking enjoyment.
Just off the Kitchen is a dining room table with seating for 8. The area also offers additional seating at the bar in the kitchen as well. Washer and Dryer included.
Trying to figure out Sleeping Arrangements? The house is set up with a King size bed in the master with a TV and a full bathroom attached. Bedroom #2 & #3 are located in the back of the house. Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed and tv as well as a full bath attached. Bedroom #3 has a Twin over Full Bunk Bed with an additional Trendle. Both of the living room couches are sleeper sofas and also have a divider for additional privacy.
There is a one-time $150.00 fee to use the boat slip. The boat slip can accommodate boats up to 24’.
