Stroll down to Pine Avenue and dine out at one of the many fine restaurants. Don't forget to explore the island on the free trolley that runs all day, every day from the end of Pine Avenue. This home has all the charm of Old Florida ground level living with modern updates. The living room has plush seating for the entire family and a large flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. All TVs in the house are Roku TVs. The open floor plan streamlines the living area, kitchen and dining room with a second living area space.
