This property is a spacious three-bedroom, three-bath home with a private heated pool and spa updated in 2021. This private home is located on the sought-after north end of Anna Maria Island and only a short casual walk to the white sandy beaches and brand new fishing pier. The kitchen, living area, and dining area all share an open floor plan that makes it easy to enjoy the company of all guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar, while the dining area has a large table with seating for 8. This home features two separate living areas both complete with flat-screen TVs and comfortable seating for all to relax after a long day in the sun. The oversized master bedroom features a king-size bed, flat-screen T.V., sliding doors that lead out to the balcony, and ensuite bathroom which features a large walk-in shower complete with soak tub and his and her sinks.
