Three bedroom, two bath vacation home located in northwest Bradenton, just a few miles from the beaches of Anna Maria Island and an easy trip to just about everything else! With all the living on one level, this is a great spot for everyone in your group, both young and old, and everyone in between! Step through the front door into a big, open great room featuring a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area, and living area with the kind of sectional seating where everyone gets their own recliner while watching the game or a movie. Step out of the living room to an air-conditioned sunroom set up for playing games, reading or just enjoying the beautiful view. Just beyond that is a screened porch where family members can gather for cocktails and conversation while keeping an eye on the game on the outdoor TV. Chaises for relaxing and taking in the lovely, tranquil views are just around the corner. Featuring a split floor plan, the master bedroom sits to one side of the great room, with two other bedrooms on the other side. Each bedroom offers a smart TV for everyone's enjoyment.
