This five bedroom vacation pool home is located within walking distance to Anna Maria's picturesque white sand beaches, Pine Avenue's restaurants and shops, and access to the free trolley. Be sure to bring your kayaks and paddle-boards so you can take advantage of the easy canal access from the dock in the backyard. The lanai has plenty of seating for leisure or dining or take a dip in the private heated pool. This 5 bedrooms 3 bathroom home comfortably accommodates 9 people with the open concept and split floor plan it’s perfect for a large family or multi-family. Upon entry, you will find the open living and ding area complete with large sliding doors that lead to the picturesque backyard where you will find the private heated pool, canal/dock, and plenty of seating to relax or enjoy your meals. Directly off the dining area, you will find the fully stocked kitchen that has everything you need to make a quick snack or full course meal. The master bedroom features a King size bed, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and jetted tub. Adjacent to the master you will find the two guests room one features a queen-size bed and the other two twins, both have flat-screen TV’s. These rooms share a full-size bathroom and can be closed off with e pocket door for privacy. On the west side of the home, you will find the other guests' rooms which can also be closed off for privacy. One room features a queen-size bed the other a twin trundle bed.
