As you approach the property you will be greeted by an oasis of palm trees and perfectly tailored landscaping around the private heated pool. Surrounding the pool deck there is a spa-like lounge area, poolside bar, dining table for 6 plus additional seating around the huge 85 inch TV. For your grilling delight this home provides a Traeger grill on the pool level.
Inside, you will be welcomed by an abundance of natural light filling each floor. For your convenience, you will love having use of the whole house elevator. The main living level is characterized by comfort. Here you will find a high end, gourmet cook’s kitchen, open concept living and dining rooms and a comfortable king bedroom with ensuite bath. There is also a full laundry room combined with a half bath on this floor. For the ultimate in privacy, walk across the covered breezeway to a second king master suite with full bath.
A stop on the third floor will bring you to a spacious king bedroom highlighted by plentiful windows and light, and a private covered balcony with views of the gulf. This floor also offers a luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower, double vanity and soaking tub. A fourth queen guest bedroom and rooftop deck finish out the top level. For additional sleeping arrangements, 2 twin size folding cots are provided.

^Please keep in mind that if the elevator becomes inoperable for any reason, the stairs will be only way to access the living area of the home.
We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!
This rental is dog friendly! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing.
