This adorable vintage Florida duplex villa is the perfect place to relax on Anna Maria Island and is centrally located in Holmes Beach. Inside this charming home is 2 bedrooms. One Bedroom has a Queen Bed and the other Bedroom has a Full Bed. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This home is a short walk to the island's famous Gulf beaches. Load up your beach cart and head down to see the incredible sunsets and white sand beaches. Back at the home you will find all the modern conveniences, including Wifi and an updated kitchen stocked with all the essential cookware. The owner has even provided some board games for fun family entertainment! There is a Shared back porch sunroom with a sitting area and extra dining table that seats 4ppl. In here is also a Shared full size washer and dryer for guest use. Out back there is a Shared patio and grilling area. On the side of the home is an outdoor closet with beach supplies, chairs and a wagon for each side of the duplex.
