Two of the King Bedrooms are Beachfront, complete with balcony access to capture the picturesque sunrises and breathtaking views of the illuminated Sunshine Skyway Bridge at Night. Three of the bedrooms have King Beds and the fourth bedroom includes a ship-themed bunk bed system that consists of 2 twin and 2 queen beds. This bedroom also includes a multi-cade system with over 60 games including the classics such as Pacman, Space Invaders, Centipede, Donkey Kong, and many more, and a Nintendo Switch with the always popular Mario Kart.
The Shark's Den game room will keep the family entertained for hours with 3 TV's for game day, a Golden Tee golf simulator, a poker table and a 7-foot wall mounted scrabble table.
The kitchen is equipped with top of line appliances such as sub-zero and wolf and has a large island complete with 4 barstools and topped with a beautiful Cambria stone that waterfalls over each end.
The family room is perfect for watching movies or the big game with a 75 inch-TV and built-in surround sound.
The Pool and Patio are second to none in the area. The large pool anchors around the back of the property with a built-in pool bar on one side and a spa on the other. The middle of the pool is spacious and includes a beautifully tiled wall with two waterfalls. Just after the pool is a 3-hole putting green with your picturesque private beach just on the other side of the clear glass railing.
The patio features a commercial grade bar with 3.5-inch concrete countertops, nautical pilings, under the cabinet ice machine and refrigerator. A nautical designed swinging bed has room for a few and is perfectly placed to relax, take a nap, and enjoy the bay breeze. Patio entertainment is complete with a 6-speaker Sonos outdoor system, Sunbrite outdoor rated TV, and foosball table.
The 2 car garage isn't just there for your vehicles but also includes all the toys, games, and accessories to make your vacation complete: 6 bikes, beach wagon, life vests, cornhole set, golf clubs, floats, cooler, bodyboards, frisbees, sports balls, beach umbrella, sand mat and numerous toys and shovels for fun in the sand!
