Inside, discover a modern open layout featuring a chic dining area and a comfortable seating space with two sofas and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with brand-new appliances, ample cabinet space for groceries, and a spacious island with stool seating. Rest peacefully in the primary bedroom, furnished with a king bed, nightstands for ambient lighting, and an ensuite bathroom boasting a stunning double vanity and walk-in shower. Perfect for multiple families or young children, the second and third bedrooms share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower, while the third bedroom also features a fun foosball table. The fourth bedroom offers two twin beds, and a washer and dryer are available for guest use.
