The kitchen island bar easily accommodates four guests and the indoor dining area seats six guests. The open floor plan makes for seamless conversations while you prepare a delicious meal on the kitchen island, sit on the couch, or while you enjoy dinner. If indoor cooking and dining in not your thing, no worries, head downstairs to the covered patio where a beautiful island grill and dining table await you. As you enter the primary ensuite bathroom you are met with modern design, a walk-in shower, and a stand-alone tub.
