There is also a full house water filtration system. Behind the fenced back yard is a private lagoon pool, with plenty of patio for relaxing after a day of fun on AMI. The central location make this home the perfect base for all your island adventures. It is close to the island trolley (1 block), right behind the marina to launch your kayak on the bay and it is an easy walk to the beach. You are close to the many chef owned restaurants so famous on the island. There is a one car garage, and two bikes have been provided for your use in exploring the island of Anna Maria.
