This meticulously decorated 3,000 square foot home has an elevator, HEPA filter A/C system, and plenty of living space for families to sprawl out; while the beautiful state-of-the-art kitchen includes top-of-the-line appliances and is well-equipped with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals. There are 4 cozy bedrooms (3 King Beds and 2 sets of Bunk Beds) each with their own private ensuite bathroom, 4K flat-screen televisions, and walk-in closets in each. While the spectacular large pool also has a fully shaded sun shelf for the little ones to splash around in and the oversized hot tub is the centerpiece of it all, everyone will LOVE playing golf on the putting green, cornhole on the gorgeously green artificial turf throughout the yard, foosball, along with kayaks, body boards, and stand-up paddleboards to take out on the water. But a beach house isn't complete until you can just chill in the shaded area mixing drinks at your own outdoor bar area, while grilling on the large Weber Genesis gas grill with the game on the flat-screen television in the background, or listening to your favorite music on the outdoor Sonos speakers. Inside, the fun doesn't stop! The home features an arcade experience for the whole family including Golden Tee Golf on the big screen and a classic video game cocktail table with over 60 games (including Pacman, Space Invaders, Galaxia, Centipede, Donkey Kong and more!) along with a great variety of the most popular family board games and puzzles. And, of course, there is super-fast (free) WiFi throughout the house including outside so you can take those selfies and post them on your Instagram page for all your friends to see! NOTE: For security purposes there are exterior only video cameras on premises including coverage of front door/front of home and pool/spa.
