Escape to island life in our charming three-bedroom pool home just two blocks away from the sugary sand beaches of Anna Maria. A short stroll leads you to the soothing waves and azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Our cozy single-story ranch-style abode is fully equipped for the perfect vacation, featuring a spacious kitchen, a dining room with seating for six, and a cozy living room to gather and unwind.
The master bedroom boasts a plush king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom for added convenience. A guest room with two twin beds also includes its own ensuite bathroom with direct access to the pool area. The third guest room offers a comfortable queen-sized bed and French doors opening onto the pool deck. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and furnished with crisp linens and fluffy towels provided by our professional linen service.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES
The star attraction of our fenced backyard is the sparkling heated pool nestled under the screened lanai. Surrounded by inviting pool loungers, an outdoor shower, a patio dining set, a gas grill, and a fire pit, outdoor relaxation is a given. Our home is conveniently located within walking distance of numerous shops and restaurants, as well as the free island trolley, which traverses the entire length of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure to explore shopping, dining, and the beautiful beaches. It's the ideal location for your next beach vacation! Parking is available for up to four vehicles at this home.
Please note that pool heating is available for an additional fee per week. Pool heaters are locked for safety reasons, and their controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. The highest heat temperature setting is 86°F, which may not always be reached. In the event of cold days and nights, water temperatures may drop and take longer to warm up. Pool heaters will automatically shut down if outside temperatures become too cold. While we take precautions to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may impact the pool temperature. Additionally, outdoor spas require heating at an extra cost.
As you enjoy your vacation in a residential area, we kindly ask that you be a considerate neighbor by keeping noise levels respectful during both the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can disrupt neighbors' enjoyment of their private property.
