One side of the home boasts 4 well appointed bedrooms with 3 bathrooms a fully equipped kitchen, , a spacious living room with coastal furnishings a HDTV, along with a beachy and fun dining space, and access to the incredible backyard pool and deck area. It has 2 bedrooms off the main living space with a shared bathroom. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, one king ensuite joined to a room with 2 sets of bunk beds. Just a little further down Pine Avenue is the City Pier (currently being rebuilt) and Bayfront Park, which has a beach area, a playground, and amazing views of the Skyway Bridge.
