This home is located just a few steps from the calm, quiet, white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. The home's backyard is a perfect place to relax or socialize. The home has everything you need for a family vacation at the beach including a fully stocked kitchen, all requirements for the beach, and a large supply of movies, board games and video games. The quiet street and accessible location is only a three-minute drive to the lively Pine Avenue shops and restaurants. The home is also conveniently located close to the free Island Trolley service which runs the length of Anna Maria Island. This home and location offer a unique and tranquil place to enjoy your precious vacation time. The newly built and decorated space offers a heated pool and covered outdoor seating area perfect for entertaining in the evening or relaxing in the privacy of a fully fenced in backyard on a sunny Florida day. The house offers several open areas for family and friends to enjoy. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by the owner. * Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
