Property Features
This property is located on the North end of the Anna Maria Island and has a wonderful private, heated pool. Conveniently close to the beach to enjoy the sunset view from the front porch and a short walk of 176 yards to the white sand of the Gulf of Mexico. Just pass a few homes and stick your toes in the water or dine at the famous Sandbar Restaurant which is also only half a block away. This elevated home has lots to offer. It is spacious enough to accommodate 8 people. On the main floor of the house is the living area and a large flat screen TV with free Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is also the kitchen with a Keurig, dining area for 8, and a desk if you need to work. Enjoy a book in the reading corner. On this level is a Queen bedroom and full bathroom. Step out onto one of two decks to enjoy nice Island breezes. There is a front deck and a large back deck with a patio set to enjoy al fresco dining. A large, motorized SunSetter awning will give you plenty of shade to enjoy the view overlooking the pool area. The upstairs offers two more bedrooms. You will find the master with a King bed and sitting area and a third bedroom with two Full beds. There is a Jack 'n Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Free Internet will keep you connected with the loved ones at home. There are 5 TVs in total in the house. The house is very close to Pine Ave and all of the great shops and restaurants in Anna Maria. Take a short stroll to the beach or go the other direction to the Bay side with views of the Sunshine Skyway. BED & BATH DETAILS There is a Master bed room with a King bed, TV and a Jack 'n Jill bathroom (shared with the third bedroom) and TV. The other upstairs bedroom has two Full beds with a TV. The third bedroom on the main level has a Queen bed and TV. There is a hall bathroom next to this bedroom. EXTERIOR The house offers a great front porch to sit and relax or enjoy your morning coffee. There is also a large back porch with plenty of seating to enjoy your evening meal. A staircase is leading downstairs to the heated pool from the back porch. There is plenty of seating around the pool. The covered patio invites to hang out or enjoy a game of darts. A gas grill and picnic table make this area complete. The large garage is filled with plenty of pool toys, beach cart and some beach chairs. Also enjoy the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand when returning from the beach! Pet friendly property for dogs 2+ years up to 25lbs (no puppies). There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 per pet. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet. Pool heat is $120.00/wk. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86° F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be reached at all times. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at the additional cost. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, The property manager will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions or loss of use of equipment or amenities.
