There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a most spacious living room with comfortable coastal modern furniture and decor. Watch TV on the flat screen and keep connected with free WIFI While the interior is lovely the pool area is stunning with canal front views. The kitchen has all the usual amenities with a large refrigerator and microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a large ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and sliding door to walk out into the pool area. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The second and third bedroom share the hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. Pool (no Hot tub) Walk to beach & Shopping Anna Maria Island North end location Boat Dock Enjoy your private pool out back and fish off your dock, relax under your covered patios and have some s'mores by the outdoor fire pit or just enjoy sitting around under the stars. Bring your own boat and tie up only to the dock. Please NOTE: The boat and boat lift are NOT for guest use. Please check with our office before bringing a boat to the property for height restrictions. You will need to pass the humpback bridge by N Bay Blvd to reach Tampa Bay. Stroll or bike to the Rod & Reel Pier, to shopping and to restaurants on Pine Avenue! Walk to the beach at the end of Pine Ave and enjoy the most amazing sunsets. The quiet, residential neighborhood makes this a wonderful island getaway! *Some associations on the island do not permit motorcycles, trailers, large trucks, or RV parking.
