With eight King bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with bunk beds, the sleeping arrangements could not be more perfect. This magnificent waterfront home even enjoys a private elevator. The chic living areas blend the great room, dining and kitchen areas perfectly. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with Sub-zero and Wolf appliances, and top of the line stainless steel appliances. A BBQ grilling station and outdoor dining space, heated pool and spa is the heart of this fabulous home. Walk to the fishing pier, fine dining restaurants, shopping, and leave the car and enjoy discovering the Island on the FREE island trolley. Please Note: if elevator becomes inoperable for any reason the stairs will be the only access to upper levels. Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home.
