You will fall iadore this magnificent villa with its beautifully appointed 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with quality cool linens and fluffy fresh bedding. The location is fantastic and within easy walking access of many shops and restaurants and only one block from Pine Avenue. Close to the Rod and Reel Pier and Anna Maria City Pier for great fishing! It really is paradise found.We give this an A plus grade for everything. The fully equipped kitchen has all you will need for dining and entertaining during your stay. There are separate living areas upstairs and a spacious screened-in porch. The main living/game room complete with a pool table, ping pong and video game cocktail table. But its the outside that is the heart of the home where you will be awed by the outdoor oasis where you will find the heated pool and spa, bar area with TV, table for dining outside, gas grill, and outdoor shower. HOUSE RULES This property does not allow pets. No reservations from anyone under 25 years of age.
