The poolside outdoor entertaining area has a two-seat bar with a dart board, and a ping-pong table, The covered lounge area enjoys a TV for watching that game while soaking up the Florida sunshine. An outdoor bar and built-in grill are placed on the balcony. The home's interior is beach coastal in design and enjoys selected art pieces, coastal furnishings and wonderful touches throughout.
