It has 5 bedrooms with a den and 4.5 bathrooms and its indoor and outdoor amenities and convenient location make it a highly rated, quickly rented vacation rental. Upon driving up to the house, you’ll notice that the home’s exterior is a beautiful light blue contrasted by bright white trim, a large driveway, and an intricately landscaped perimeter. The main living level in this rental is on the second floor. Here, you’ll find the kitchen, dining room, and living room, as well as one of the home’s large decks. The kitchen is stunning with sweeping granite countertops, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and a large kitchen island that doubles as a breakfast bar. The dining room is bathed in natural light from the room’s several windows and French doors to the deck. It features a large rounded dining table with room for seven. The living room is charming and offers two matching couches, an extra armchair, and a large flat-screen TV. The living room also has access to the deck via wall-to-wall sliding glass doors. The deck is large and features outdoor seating and views of the backyard area. This house has been designed with your comfort in mind—the extra den creates extra living space on the main living level along with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You will find the fully stocked gourmet kitchen on the top living level along with the living and dining areas. One of the 3 Master bedrooms is also located on this top floor and is right next to the elevator which services all floors. The grand sliding glass doors lead out to the balcony and upstairs deck and open up the floor plan even more with its marvelous sights of the island. There are three master suites in this home, all with king-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms. The other two bedrooms offer king-size and queen-size beds. There is an additional full-sized bedroom and half bath in this rental. Several of the bedrooms have private access to decks as well. The second open-air deck, which is located on the third floor, features full-sized outdoor dining set with an umbrella and several Adirondack chairs. This deck also offers access to the rooftop deck via a beautiful spiral staircase. The rooftop deck has an outdoor, bar-height table and Adirondack chairs. It offers 360° views of the surrounding Holmes Beach area, the Gulf of Mexico, and Bimini Bay. On the next level, you will find the fully stocked gourmet kitchen, dining, and living areas. The third Master suite is also located on this top floor as well as the elevator access. Walking out to the balcony either through the living area or the bedroom—you will find a spiral staircase that leads you up to the rooftop deck. Exterior The ground floor of the home, which has some of the bedrooms and bathrooms, also features another living area with a couch, flat-screen TV, and wine cooler. Just outside is where you’ll likely spend most of your time, there is a covered lanai area with an outdoor bar, an outdoor seating area, and a grill. The private, heated pool and spa offer guests an oasis. The pool features an in-water table and seating. It is surrounded by a lovely paved deck with lounge chairs and Adirondack chairs. The entire outdoor space is surrounded by beautiful landscaping featuring tropical greenery. In addition to all of these amenities, the home is conveniently located in Holmes Beach just a few minutes walk to its white-sand beaches, close to local shops and eateries, and near a bridge that allows for easy access to the mainland.
