This bright and airy single story beach home provides easy living with an open layout and plenty of light. The main living space flows into the kitchen and dining area. With dining table seating for eight and kitchen bar seating for six, creating a home cooked meal is a breeze. Never miss a view from the French doors leading to the beach.
The Master Bedroom is inviting with a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower and stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico. An added bonus is the private verandah complete with rocking chairs to relax and enjoy the view. The other two guest rooms; one with a king-sized bed and the other with a queen-sized bed, also include en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company.
Step outside onto one of the two porches overlooking the shimmering waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Light up the fire pit and enjoy an amazing Anna Maria Sunset from your own private paradise.
The convenience of an outdoor shower is available to rinse off the sand and sea. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Sunsets and Sandcastles is 2 blocks to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!
This home is dog friendly with a pet fee of $150 plus tax per dog. If you have added a pet to your reservation, the fee including tax ($168) has been included in your total.
Please note, although the home is dog friendly and located on the beach, dogs are not allowed on the beach and subject to fines.
This home has a minimum stay of 28 nights per Holmes Beach ordinances.

Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. The minimum requirement for this home is no less than twenty-eight nights.
