The homes deck is perfecting for entertaining and relaxing and leads out to the poolside paver patio with seating and plenty space for entertaining. There is also a covered patio area with a bar fridge, TV, and rolling ice chest to store cold beverages. A gas grill and jacuzzi spa is available for your vacationing pleasure. Perfectly situated close to popular Pine Avenue and a short stroll from Cypress beach access. Guests that stay at this home really enjoy being able to walk to dining and shopping. Guests have access to one side of the garage where the washer and dryer is located. The fully equipped kitchen has been designed with granite counter tops, modern appliances and a formal dining area and kitchen Island with seating. Master Bedroom- The master bedroom features a queen size bed with a mounted flat screen HDTV and ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom- The guest bedroom has two twin size beds with flat screen HDTV. The guest bathroom is located outside the guest bedroom door and is comprised tub/shower combo.
