Located just steps away from the Gulf beaches of Anna Maria Island. This is an elevated beach home with a patio surrounded by tropical landscaping where you can enjoy the outdoor shower, picnic table and Weber grill, as well as the heated pool located under the main floor. For a day at the beach, we have provided a beach wagon, chairs and umbrella. Inside the home located on the main floor you will find that the fully equipped kitchen has bar seating as well as a dining table for 8 and is open to the spacious living area. You can access the porch area through the sliding doors in the living area. Also located on the main floor is the half bath and laundry room, as well as the master suite with a king bed complete with 600 thread count prima cotton wrinkle free sheets. Upstairs you will find the 2 other bedrooms, one with a king size bed, one with 2 twins and both have a private bathroom. Linens, towels and beach towels are included in the home.
