This wonderful vacation home is located steps from the magnificent Gulf beaches that Anna Maria Island is world famous for. This lovingly restored home offers a rich history with now modern comforts, features and amenities. This 4 bedroom, three a and a half bathroom home has an expansive back patio surrounded by lush tropical landscaping where you can enjoy the custom heated pool, outdoor shower and Weber grill for al fresco dining. The fully equipped vintage inspired kitchen is located off of the dining room with the living area close by offering access to the screened in porch. Located off of the living area is the master suite with a comfortable king bed complete with 600 thread count prima cotton wrinkle free sheets and access to the side patio. The master bathroom has a claw foot tub, walk in shower and double vanity. The the spiral staircase you will find two bedrooms with queen sized beds and one with 2 full size beds and 2 full baths. In the hallway you will see the mini coffee bar and access to the porch with a great view of the back patio. Linens, towels, beach towels, beach wagon, chairs and umbrella is provided in this home.
