Presenting our spacious one level 4 bedroom/3 bathroom vacation home situated on Anna Maria Islands Northern Holmes Beach area. Upon entering the home guests are thrilled with the exquisite design details and professionally decorated rooms and exterior. Its bright, airy, coastal, inspired design and finishes leave our visitors delighted with their vacation accommodation selection. Every detail throughout the home has been very carefully planned. There is a private, heated pool and hot tub set within the lush,rich, tropically-landscaped backyard, as well as an outdoor shower for washing away the sand when strolling back from the beach. A grill has been set in the grounds for ease of outdoor dining. Guests will enjoy a relaxing easy 5 minute stroll to our gorgeous sugar-white sand beaches and with the free Island trolley stop two homes away guest can reach Pine Avenue for dining and shopping within five minuets. To ensure the perfect family vacation this home has a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and high end stainless steel appliances. A separate living space is perfect for those wanting seclusion or an afternoon nap and beach carts and beach chairs are available for guests to use. (Items are not guaranteed but if in the residence during your stay may be used). The master bedroom has a plush king bed with screened-in lanai and a double sink in the en-suite bathroom. There is a king bed with TV in the second bedroom, a queen bed with TV in the third, and two built-in bunk beds with TV in the fourth. The first guest bathroom has a double sink and shower, and the second guest bathroom has a combination bathtub/shower.
