Three bedroom, two and a half bath home, ideally located to all Anna Maria Island has to offer. Take a leisurely stroll to fabulous dining or shopping nearby or a short 2.5 block walk to the famous sugar sand beach and to play in the sun or watch the world-class sunset at night.
Leave your vehicle parked in the garage or one of the three available spots, and explore the island vibe by hopping on the free, air-conditioned trolley (stop at the end of our block). Head north and explore the charm of Pine Street with its fabulous stores and dining. Or head south to the beautiful Coquina Beach with walking trails, beach dining, and the wonderful coquina beach market. Don’t forget to visit the funky stores and dining on Bridge street too.
If you do want to leave the island, take a 15-minute car or bus ride to Long Boat Key, or a 20-minute ride to Sarasota and visit some fan favorites: Saint Armands Circle for dining and shopping, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Ringling Museum, and Mote Aquarium.
This rental features two master bedrooms each with King beds and an en-suite bathroom. One master with a dedicated workspace, if you absolutely must.
The third bedroom features a Queen bed with a Twin bunk on top. The spacious and open floor plan is perfect for entertaining families or guests. Sliding glass doors for easy access to the pool and garden area.
When not enjoying the fabulous dining options Anna Marie Island offers, prepare meals in the custom kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wine refrigerator, all while gazing through a wall of glass sliders stretching the entire length of the living space. Enjoy the view of the tropically landscaped pool and backyard completing the true vacation vibe! You will have plenty of seating poolside while grilling in this island oasis.
The backyard also has an additional gathering area,
easily accessed by master bedroom as well, to rest, read a book or enjoy a glass of wine.
