With a year-round heated pool and spa, gorgeous new renovation, and a perfect location, this property has it all! The beach is a short 2-minute walk. This is a single-level ranch home with no stairs anywhere. The second living room serves as a bonus room with a Trundle bed. This space also features a wet bar and fridge. To access the 4th bedroom and bonus room/second living room, you'll need to walk through the bunk bedroom, or access that side of the home from the outside through the private entrance on the south side of the house. This property was originally built as a duplex, offering excellent privacy. The Bunk bedroom is perfect for children as it's located in the center of the house with no access to the pool. Use our 6-passenger luxury golf cart to get anywhere on the island easily and in style! This new 2021 gas-powered EZ-GO is much nicer than what you'll find at rental shops! The pool is heated *year-round* to 87 degrees at no charge, and the hot tub heats up quickly to 101 degrees. The City of Holmes Beach required language: "You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night.
