Welcome toa ground-level vacation home with a private heated pool and spa that is a two-minute walk from the sugary white sands of Holmes Beach! This centrally located home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms to accommodate up to eight beach-loving guests. Friends and family can enjoy gathering in the inviting living room and connecting over conversation or a favorite movie. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops that make meal preparations and snacks a breeze. The coastal theme and open floorplan include a dining area for guests to enjoy home-cooked meals, Anna Maria Island takeout, or play a fun board game with the option of moving the fun outside to the table on the covered lanai.
The primary bedroom has a delightful seashore theme, access to the pool deck, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower to relax and refresh on your island getaway. Guests can retreat to the calming second bedroom, where they can recharge in the ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and enjoy access to the pool deck. The third bedroom has storage space and access to a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower that also has hall access. The fourth bedroom will attract younger guests and has space for playing games.
Guests will love the backyard which features a private tropically landscaped oasis with a heated pool that has two large entries and an oversized hot tub and lounge chairs to enjoy the sun. The outdoor shower is great for a quick rinse after a day on the beach. The cottage's central location is close to the free trolley stop, perfect for exploring the island. Hop a ride to Pine Avenue where you can explore local boutiques and restaurants. Anna Maria Island offers boat, bike, and paddle-sport rentals, fishing charters, golf, and tours to help your guests explore the island.

There are no pets allowed in this home.
*Please note: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
