This is a 3 bedroom half duplex with a private patio surrounded by tropical landscaping where you can enjoy the heated pool, outdoor shower, Weber grill and a picnic table. In the garage you will find a beach wagon, chairs and umbrella for a day at the beach. Inside on the main floor you will see the fully equipped kitchen with island bar seating for 4 and dining table for 6 opens up to the living area for easy entertaining. The half bath is also located on the main floor and is easily accessible from the patio.
On the second floor you will find the 2 master suites and the third bathroom. Both master suites have king size beds complete with 600 thread count prima cotton wrinkle free sheets, their own bathroom, access to the second floor deck and amazing views of the beach. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and attached bathroom as well. Linens, towels and beach towels are included in this home.
