The best place to stay on Anna Maria Island is Holmes beach where easy beach access, great dining, shooping and cute local bars and fun activities are steps away. This recently built, tropical home with boast six well appointed bedrooms , 4.5 bathrooms and is only a short 2-3 minute stroll to the Gulf beaches. While you will pay for six bedrooms we can accommodate a total of fourteen guests. Please note local ordinance rules change from time to time and do check with your Emerald Kite agent at the time of booking. The heated pool is the primary feature of the home with a a deluxe spa and an over-sized lanai next to the pool. An abundance of out door space and furnishings includinga a dining table, flat screen HD TV and ping pong table makes this a great rental for those wating to hang pool side. Even though the beach is a mere two minuets away we supply beach wagons, some beach chairs. Additional touches include custom fixtures and cabinets, fine linens and wood flooring. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets , a large HD TV in the living room which also has a DVD player. Just off the living room you will have glass sliding doors that lead out to the balcony that overlooks the pool. A great feature is the staircase leading of the balcony which will take you down to the pool and the out door garden area. Bedrooms This home has a total of 6 bedrooms all of which have flat screen HD TVs. The first level you will have two Master suites. The first bedroom has a King bed, private bathroom and access to a private balcony with two chairs overlooking Holmes Boulevard. The second bedroom is also a King with a private en-suite bathroom. On the top floor you will have the other 4 bedrooms. The third bedroom is the kid's room with two sets of bunks beds. The fourth bedroom is a Master King en-suite with access to a private balcony that overlooks the pool. The fifth bedroom has a King bed and a private balcony and the sixth bedroom has two twin sized beds. *There is no sleeper sofa available.
