This luxury vacation home has everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable vacation for the whole family! As you walk into this three-level home, you’ll be welcomed into a luxuriously designed living room with bay views. Sit back, watch tv, and watch the boaters and fishermen test their luck on Anna Maria Sound. Prepare delicious meals in the custom-designed kitchen that has stainless steel appliances, high-top seating, and cooking essentials, or have a family cookout using the provided propane grill. On the third floor, you will find three of the five bedrooms, including the primary bedroom, which exudes luxury and has gorgeous water views, and an ensuite bathroom that is fit for royalty with a large double vanity, walk-in shower, and tub. Guests in the second bedroom will love the water views from their Queen bed and can refresh in their ensuite bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms are appointed with King beds and balcony access, and each has beautifully updated ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The fifth bedroom is perfect for the younger kids of the group and has a bunk bed with water views. A laundry room and a half bath on the second floor are available for guest use. Conveniently located by a free trolley stop for quick access to the entire island, and is situated by Holmes Beach Business District for easy access to multiple restaurants, bars, shops, the marina, and more. *Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by the owner* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
