(please note pool heat charges may be applicable based on usage). The meandering waterway alongside the home leads out to Tampa Bay and guests are encouraged to bring or rent a boat -The Tampa Bay allows for a 7 foot clearance at high tide so please let your Emerald Kite agent know at time of booking if you will be having a boat at the property. Why not stroll over to Anna Maria Islands most famous beach restaurant, the Sand Bar which overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is perfect for beach lunches and candle lit dinners. The adjacent Cottage is available to rent and will accommodate four more guests. Please ask your agent for further details.
