The home features multiple balconies, including an over-sized one off the front on the 3rd level that is a simply fantastic place to go get lost from it all! The views of the island are so relaxing and comfortable- and don't forget about the soft island breezes you can catch. A perfect place to sit and enjoy a book for the afternoon.
Rather be in the sunshine? No problem. The tropical pool screams fun! With southern facing exposure, this area is bathed in sunshine much of the day. There is no better place to cool off after a long day at the beach. The covered lanai just off the pool offers plenty of shade if that is what is desired. Of course you can enjoy shade in the pool up under the umbrella in the shallow end as well!

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Bedrooms: The Master bedroom is located on the second level and has a private bathroom and private balcony. Bedroom two is on the upper level and has a King bed. Bedroom three and four are on the upper level and share a bathroom. They feature a queen size bed and a twin over full bunk bed with a trundle. Fun island style furnishings decorate each bedroom and have their own unique flare. All bedrooms have their own flat screen HD TV. There also is a pull out sleeper sofa.
Bathrooms: The home features 3 full and one half bath. One en-suite bathroom on the Master on the second level. Two more full bathrooms are on the upper level. The half bath is on the main level in a community area. There is a full laundry room as well.
Exterior
This home is only a short 2-3 minute stroll over to the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico beaches. Being in the central part of the island has it's advantages too- lots of things to do and see just steps away in all directions. Use the nearby trolley stop to go enjoy all the fun things the island has to offer. Only a short walk to Keyes Marina as well. The southern exposure pool area is private and full of sunshine. There is a ping pong table, ground level TV by the pool for watching sporting events and plenty of pool furniture to relax in. Includes a stainless steel gill for BBQ fun by the pool as well. There also is a Wii game system in the living room.
