This vacation rental home is perfect as guests only have a short walk to either the beach or the Bay. Enjoy two separate living areas: one of which is on the main level and one on the 3rd level of this prestigious home. The interior has been fully renovated including new granite countertops, custom trim, crown molding, custom-crafted tropical shutters, resort-style furniture and décor, as well designer high-end fixtures, We consider this home one of the best vacation rentals on Anna Maria Island. This spacious home features the following sleeping arrangements: The master bedroom has a king bed, master bath with Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, enclosed patio, and views of the Skyway Bridge. The four other bedrooms consist of two bedrooms with king beds; one bedroom has two twin beds, and one bedroom has two sets of bunk beds with pull-out trundles as well as one queen pullout sleeper sofa and one twin sleeper sofa. All bedrooms feature flat-screen and both living areas have screened porches that overlook the pool. This home sleeps extended families comfortably and there is still plenty of opportunity for privacy with the two separate living areas. This house has generous parking; PLENTY OF ROOM FOR LARGE AND EXTENDED FAMILIES!! The home also presents a beautiful tropical lagoon-style pool surrounded by rich Florida landscaping, coconut palms, and a large pool deck for sunning and entertaining. There is an additional covered pool area used by our guests for dining and or shaded outdoor relaxation.
