Two charming and spacious porches facing the water in which to sit and enjoy the views. There are bikes, beach chairs, towels and toys provided. Rocking chairs on both balconies and a porch swing facing the water on the ground level.
The homes main living area is jaw dropping with its floor to ceiling windows that reflect the sparkeling waters creating a bright spacious ambiance. The kitchen has high quality tiles, fixtures and excellent appliances fully equipped with all cookware and dinnerware. There are two bedrooms on the main level, one with a comfortable queen bed and the other with a twin and a bunk bed. The laundry/beach room is fully equipped and even has a full size shower and direct access from the porch so as to allow for showing after coming right up from the beach.

Bedrooms:
The main level has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with 1 set of Bunk beds and a twin bed. Both have new flat screen TV's.
The 2nd level has the master bedroom with full water views through sliding doors and access to the porch. There is a common area with a pull out queen sleeper sofa as well.
There is a captain's loft which can be utilized as a bonus room. It has romantic wooden stairs leading up to a cozy, low ceiling loft area that has a daybed.- perfect for a quiet reading spot. This area is perfect for pre-teens or young adults but not recommended for young children.
Bathrooms:
There are two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The 2nd level has a full bathroom with tub. The 3rd level has a large master bathroom.
LAUNDRY:
There also is a full shower in the laundry room which has access directly off the back of the west side balcony. It is perfect for showering right after coming in off the beach. There are many cabinets and the new washer/dryer are located here as well so makes for a very convenient transition from sandy kids to clean kids and dirty bathing suits/clothes right into the washer.
