Both units at this DUPLEX have undergone many upgrades including new flooring, new living room furniture and new linens and dishes. The new 17' x 36' heated pool is surrounded by rich landscaping and pool furniture. This Holmes Beach vacation villa also has a large covered deck a charcoal grill and an outside shower. A laundry room with a new full size washer and dryer is onsite. Each unit also features undercover, off street parking. The North unit features a 42" flat screen television in the living room with a DVD player. The main bedroom has a 14" television and sleeps six with a queen size bed, two twin beds and a sofa bed. The South unit features a 42" television in the living room with a 19" television in the bedroom. This unit sleeps five with a queen size bed, two twin beds as well as a day bed.
