This quaint home has a large open deck with a great view of the beach. Watch the sunsets or enjoy the tropical landscaping on the large deck facing the Gulf. Numerous fruit trees and coconut palms surround the house. It is just next door to the four bungalow units. With the numerous room configurations, this is a perfect complex for larger families who want to be together. Best of all is the new heated swimming pool and the brand new kitchen! The beach house is furnished with tranquil, tropical colors and beachy accessories. The living room even features a fireplace with gas logs for romantic evenings at home. This well-appointed home is a very short distance to the Manatee Public beach, shopping, and restaurants. It sleeps six with king-size bed and two queen size beds. There is a 64” television in the living room with a DVD player. One of the bedrooms has 46” televisions and the other has a 31" television. New upgrades include a newly remodeled kitchen, new linens and new hammocks throughout the property. This property has wireless high-speed internet with free domestic long distance calling and expanded cable television service. Just steps to the beach, shopping, and restaurants – a car may not even be necessary! It can easily be rented with the four bungalows next door for groups up to twenty-four. There is a coin operated laundry room on site for your convenience as well as a private, full size washer and dryer in your unit. Parking is limited to two cars. Please note smoking is not permitted on this property.
