This prestigious and elegant Mediterranean inspired luxury Anna Maria vacation rental home is quietly tucked away behind private gates. Upon entering the drive and through the gates you will be awed by our tropical gardens flanked by soaring palms and tropical shrubbery and flowers. No expense was spared on our landscaping and area offers a spacious location for dining pool side. Our interior decor presents an Italian style accented by colorful bougainvillea and flowering hibiscus surrounding the villa. Tuscany style architecture, sun-kissed, washed walls, and Italian style is further enhanced by the lush tropical landscaping and handmade window shutters throughout. The overall result is an elegance not always found at Florida vacation homes. The private heated swimming pool offers plenty of sunbathing space as well as shady areas for those wanting to stay out of the direct Florida sun. An expansive balcony provides ample space for entertaining and dining. Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom, walk-in closet and fine quality linens and bedding. The Master bedroom suite has a King bed with a deep plush mattress and a private en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool spa tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has lovely furnishings including a Queen-sized bed, a walk-in closet and a private en-suite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and again a private bathroom with shower. In terms of location, the Villa has it all Imagine being within easy distance and a 4 minute stroll and you will be strolling along our white sandy beaches. If you have time why not walk over to the Cafe on The Beach for breakfast. The Anna Maria Island trolley will be happy to take you around the Island as well as across to our sister barrier Island, Longboat Key.
