With a private pool and a classic Florida atmosphere, your days will be a little brighter here. This light and airy home boasts a well-maintained interior featuring whitewashed wood floors and stunning decor, inviting you to step inside and get comfortable. Catch up on your favorite shows on the flatscreen digital cable TV and relax in central air conditioning. Prepare meals in the updated kitchen, or barbecue some salmon or kabobs on the private gas grill on the patio. After dinner, unplug with a board game or lounge poolside with a bottle of wine and relax under swaying palm trees while enjoying a view of the Gulf. Other choice amenities include a private washer/dryer, free WiFi, and a desk in the main bedroom if you absolutely have to bring work along. You'll be about a half-block from the beach, and when you're not there soaking up the sunshine, it's always within sight from your deck. THINGS TO KNOW Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
