Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a paver driveway with ample parking and a gated entry. Ascend the curved wooden staircase or use the elevator to reach the third level. Enter the private master wing adorned with a hand-painted mural, featuring a king-size bed, stone gas fireplace, and large flatscreen TV. Step onto the balcony through French doors and take in the breathtaking beachfront views. The master ensuite boasts double sinks, a jetted tub, and a spacious walk-in shower.
On the second level, you'll find the main living area with plenty of seating and a telescope for stargazing. A formal dining room seats 8 guests, and the kitchen is equipped with a large gas stove, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and wet bar. The breakfast eating area overlooks the double living room, providing ample space for relaxation.
The first level features an oversized two-car garage, a game room with a pool table, and access to the large patio with a heated pool and spa. Outdoor amenities include a gas grill, outdoor sink, and shower. A private path leads directly to the white sandy beach of Anna Maria.
Additionally, a 6-person golf cart is included with all reservations for convenient exploration of the area. Please note that drivers must be over 21 years old and provide a valid US driver's license and vehicle insurance.
